Our process is designed to save you time. There’s no need to come in to register. All you need to do is submit your resume through the “Search Jobs” link or the “Upload Resume” link.
- We do not accept walk-in candidates. We only accept resumes submitted through our website. Please follow the steps above to apply. Walk-ins will not be accommodated at any of our branches. We start everything online to keep things fair and consistent to all applicants. We promise that our process will not waste your time. This process was designed to respect your time and should only take you two minutes to complete.
- Each resume we receive is reviewed by a recruiter. It may take up to 48 hours for us to review your information. Unfortunately we cannot call every candidate who applied, but rest assured, if you have applied your resume will be reviewed by a recruiter. Please be sure your resume has the correct contact information.
- Your resume and information will be added to our talent database. If we have a possible job match, a recruiter will be in touch by phone or email. We will also spend time with you learning more about your career goals to ensure that our openings best meet your needs.
- When we have a position that matches your qualifications, a recruiter will call or email you with additional questions. At this time, interviews may be arranged if we feel that both parties should meet.
- We will never submit your resume for a position without first contacting you and discussing it. With your approval, we will then submit your information to the client. You will be required to do an initial phone screen and an in-person interview with one of our recruiters prior to being submitted to a client. We will also verify personal and professional references. This pre-screening process allows us to submit our top candidates for each position.
- Job seekers will never pay a fee! The fees are paid by the company doing the hiring.
- Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we cannot call every candidate to confirm the receipt of their resume/application. You may continue to apply to additional positions that meet your search parameters. When we do have a match, a recruiter will be in touch.
- We do NOT post every position on our website. In fact, many of our positions never make there because we use AI (artificial intelligence) software to match up qualified candidates to positions. This speeds up the process for both our client as well as our candidate meaning that once again we will not waste your time. Remember that we only place office professionals so review the types of positions that you might be match for an make sure that you upload your resume to our system.
