Mike Cook has joined Frontline Source Group as an Executive Recruiter specializing in Grocery Retail. With more than 35+ years in the grocery retail industry, Mike will provide his professional expertise to Frontline’s newest division. 

“I’m thrilled to be able to combine my 35+ years of in-store grocery experience with my passion for identifying and recruiting talent,” said Mike Cook, Executive Recruiter – Grocery Retail at Frontline Source Group. “As an executive recruiter within the grocery division at Frontline Source Group, I have the opportunity to be a positive influence that leads others to find success.”

Mike has placed an emphasis on professional development and continuing education. He was in the charter class of Brookshire University, graduating as salutatorian. He also has earned certificates of proficiency in management specialized leadership and retail management from Tyler Junior College. Beyond store operations, his expertise lies in hiring, training, and developing company leaders.

The funny part of this story is that we both worked together bagging groceries 35+ years ago.  We also shared a mentor who shaped the men we are today, Mr. Ronnie Horton.  Unfortunately, Ronnie passed away a few years ago, but I know he would be proud to know the two of us are once again working together!”
